Questions.

How long does setup take?

About a minute. The program comes ready-made, so you turn it on and switch on the rewards button in your theme.

Do my existing customers get a wallet?

Yes. Customers already in your store get a points wallet when you start.

Where do customers see their points?

In the Rewards widget on every page of your store, on a rewards page, in their customer account and on the order thank-you page.

How does it work with cash on delivery?

Points are pending until you fulfill the order. If a COD order is cancelled or refunded, the points never become spendable, or they are taken back.

What rewards can I offer?

Amount off, percent off, free shipping, a free product or Shopify store credit. Each reward becomes a Shopify discount code or store credit for that customer.

Can I give store credit as a reward?

Yes, as Shopify store credit, along with discounts, free shipping and free products.

What happens if I go over my plan's orders?

Points keep working and there are no extra charges. If it happens two months in a row, we ask you to change plan.

Can I move points over from another loyalty app?

Yes. Import your customers' points balances from a CSV file in the app.

Is my rewards widget in my language?

It comes in English, Urdu, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, German and Spanish.

I use iSmart Sync. Do I need iSmart Rewards?

No. iSmart Sync already includes loyalty, with one points wallet for online and branch customers. iSmart Rewards is for Shopify stores that don't use iSmart Sync.

Where is my data kept?

Customers and orders stay in Shopify. We keep only what's needed to run your program. See our privacy policy.
