Terms of service

These terms apply to merchants using iSmart Rewards, a Shopify app by IT BRAIN. By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

iSmart Rewards runs a loyalty program for your store: customers earn points, claim rewards as Shopify discount codes, and can take part in VIP tiers and referrals. You set the rules and can change them at any time.

Plans and charges

Plans and prices are shown on the app’s Shopify pricing page and are billed by Shopify. Each plan includes a number of orders a month. There are no extra charges for going over; if your store is over its plan two months in a row, we ask you to change plan. Founding member offers are explained when you choose them and end if you uninstall the app.

Your program and your customers

You decide the value of points and rewards, and you’re responsible for honouring rewards your customers claim.
Tell your customers how your program works (the widget and rewards page do this) and follow the laws that apply to it.
Points have no cash value unless you say otherwise.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it depends on Shopify and other providers, so we can’t guarantee it is always available. Points are recorded in a full history, so an outage doesn’t lose points; orders are processed when the service is back.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales or indirect losses.

Ending

You can uninstall the app at any time; billing stops through Shopify. Reward codes already issued keep working in Shopify until they expire. We may suspend the service for misuse. Your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
